Ok,
I looked at the ingredients in the shake and I can not have soy due to estrogen issues, besides that, I really look forward to a solid breakfast. Should I have the protein or the brown thing split up?
Or maybe eat the whole thing but I do worry about digestion. I also like the combos I am coming up with.
