Now that you mention it, I do have something positive to report about breakfast. I have learned to appreciate oatmeal without sugar. And that's quite an accomplishment for me. I read somewhere that traditionally, in Ireland, people eat oatmeal with butter, salt, and milk. So I've been trying that. But I add a few raisins and stir in an egg at the last minute. I've also experimented with adding Restore too. I'm still working on that.
I so appreciate your kind words. " We must do the thing we think we cannot do" - I think Eleanor Roosevelt said that.
Thanks!
Gigi
: I'm so sorry, Gigi! What a wearing
: experience, to be looking after
: someone like that. It's not a job
: you walk away from at 5 in the
: afternoon, is it?
: Do not thinking one second more about
: not being a success story. That's
: so relative anyway. You posted
: about what's happening to people
: who totally get it and you are
: looking after someone who needs
: looking after. That totally and in
: all other ways rocks. And YOU
: rock.
: You have enough on your plate. JUST
: think about breakfast and its four
: parts. That's it. Nothing else.
: Don't fret because you're not at
: some imagined place with your
: food.
: Do you have a favorite breakfast?
: GO GIGI!!!!! (that's me
: clapping, not some little yellow
: dude)
