Thanks SJD, I could look for chips of some kind without a bunch of bad ingredients. Nuts and seeds would do too, I never over do with those but when I'm stressed they don't pop into mind like other kinds of crunchy things. For a while there I told myself that since chips don't have sugar then it's ok. I think they are just one step below sugar in the "food for freaking out" category. Thanks for the ideas and for being there.
