Re: At the risk of sounding overly dramatic......

Hi Allison, It never occurred to me to actually plan fritos for breakfast! My kids used to love frito pie. That could really work for breakfast couldn't it? I've been better with breakfast lately. It's always so tempting to just skip breakfast and dive into all the stuff I have to do that day. But I pay for it later. Thanks so much for the breakfast idea and for being so supportive.

Gigi, I was just thinking about you
: and was going to post a "Gigi
: where are you? post?

: I am sorry things are so hard. I know
: it feels like a catch 22, because
: doing the food will make things
: better, but it's hard to do the
: food when things are hard.

: Here in New Mexico, we have a recipe
: called frito pie where you put red
: chili sauce, meat and cheese on
: top of fritos. How about cooking
: up some ground meat and tomato
: sauce or diced tomato and keeping
: it in the fridge? You could also
: pre-grate some cheese, or buy it
: grated. Of course, I've often
: eaten non-traditional breakfasts,
: and that might not appeal to you.

: Hang in there.
