This a great program for healing. I never say diet anymore either. Life change with my eating. So how are you breakfasts coming? Do you know they have 4 parts, and we have a great step one list if you want to join.
1. Within an hour of waking (I do best with half hour)
2. With proper amount of protein for your body weight
3. With complex carb(I like oatmeal stays with me the longest)
4. Everyday
Oh and the great part we heal so no longer have sugar cravings! Chloe

: Tonight: a breakfast strata with
: leftover protein-laden veggies
: (mushroom, artichoke, zuchinni and
: tomato for fun) w/ Jennie O turkey
: ham. I'll eat it two or three
: meals this week, freeze the rest
: in single servings and have again
: in a few weeks. whole wheat french
: toast and ham for dinner.
