hi Copper. Great to meet you! I came via low carb as well. And I did all the steps at once and worried about potato too!!
at the moment though, its helpful to just put that energy into breakfast. Thats what I discovered ( with more than a little help from my friends here )
as for water, I do find that most tricky too because it gives me heartburn So I just sip some now and then and dont worry that much about it. Having learned to listen to my bodys needs with the steps I now trust myself to drink enough without getting in a state counting it ( and yes I have done that in the past )
what sorts of breakfasts do you like? I found adding browns an incredible challenge, my favourites now are potato, sweet potato, flat bread and yamcake and beans.
