that is good to read. Never having been one for exercise :h6) but that confirmation yet again that gently does it, instead of all at once is the way to go.

I did do a bit of skipping last week :h4) 3 lots of 20 skips. Three times. its tiny I know ( I felt a bit tired just reading your workout :h6) LOL) but I used to go mad and hurt my knees.
