Yes I am doing step 1 regularly.
I have : 2 eggs usually sauteed.
1 cup whole grain cereal (no added sugar or sodium, some milk and fruit on cereal. I do not care for oatmeal.
I am also eating 3 meals a day with protein. My calculations say that I should have 20 grams of protein which I am doing.
