: Hello everyone, I read Last Diet
: about a week ago and have been on
: step 1 for about 6 days now. I
: have regularly been eating my
: breakfast with protein
Good job, do you know breakfast has 4 parts?
1. within an hour of waking, I do best within half hour,
2 with complex carb
3 with the proper amount of protein for your body weight
4everyday
and I
: partially skipped ahead and have
: potatoes b4 bed because I tried it
: the night I read the book and felt
: great the next morning.
it would be better to wait on the potato, as that is step four and you really need to become stable on the other steps first. They build on each other
My question is, I have more energy,
: In'm not crashing as bad mid day
: like I was before but I find
: myself in between dinner and night
: potatoes having really bad
: snacking cravings.
Heal, by following the steps and you will not have cravings
I try and fight
: them, sometimes I'm successful
: otherwise I will eat some fat free
: popcorn. Is this ok or does anyone
: have any advice that could help me
: get along a little better.
Advice is to slow down and just do step one.
