We suggest adding water slowly just like the steps. How is breakfast coming? Do you know it has 4 parts?
1. Within an hour of waking (I do best with half hour)
2. With a complex carb, oatmeal holds me best but I also enjoy whole grain beads
3. With proper amount of protein for your weight (do you know how to figure?)
4. Everyday :h2)

I would hold off with the potato until later it is step 4 you will want to get the other steps steady first.

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I
