: baked oatmeal took about 2 hours.
: I used: Gluten free oats, an egg,
: yogurt, milk, butter, baking
: powder and cinnamon, vanilla,
: nutmeg, and walnuts. I made
: another batch without yogurt, and
: while I thought both came out very
: well, the batch with the yogurt
: was very easy to slice and did not
: crumble, which might be perfect
: for freezing individual slices, or
: breakfasts on the go.
