Hi everyone, this is my first post. I have been on a low carb eating plan for awhile and am venturing into my last diet. It has been difficult to stick to some of the steps.
I feel that I am probably a sugar addict but do not know for sure. I have cut out most sugary deserts and white bread.
One of my questions is water drinking.
I cannot drink that much water without it being most inconvenient to have to go to the bathroom every half hour. Not such a big deal while at home but at work and driving it is really annoying and not safe!.
Next question- about the potato- should you eat it if you are not hungry and have had dinner too late? This is often the case for me if I want to eat with my husband (and I do). Our schedules do not allow us the luxury of eating at 6:00.
