I'm not privy to any other tasty seeds, however, I have found flaked freeze-dried coconut to be a great purse lining. It has a naturally crunchy, fresh taste and I get it at my natural whole foods store in the bulk section unsweetened of course. It's a great munchie... a little messy depending on how finely shredded it is.
