Re: Interesting note on napping

In the past I tried all kinds of lengths of naps - anywhere from 20 minutes to two hours.
Twenty minutes didn't leave me groggy, but it really felt I hadn't had enough rest.
An hour or two left me feeling groggy.

Lately, a nap is probably closer to 2 hours.
I wake up and drink some tea and am ready to continue the day.
