Hi Ann-
I'd like to know about caffiene too. I have the hardest time getting all the way away from it. I only have one cup now around 11 am but I really want it! I have been steady on the whole program since late October last year but still hang on to that coffee! I find that decaf is fine in the early morning-my hubby and I still like to start the day that way. It's hard wired in our brains I think. As for breakfast try this if you want:
3/4 cups milk (any kind)
2 eggs mixed in
add a few drops of extract (coconut, almond, vanella, orange or whatever!)
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
Mix then add
one sliced banana or apple and maybe some cinnamon too.
Cook then stir.
When it's no longer "wet" it's done and ready to eat. Top with butter if you want. Yummy!
This is from Kathleen's cook book except hers is only apple not banana. I've lost 15 lbs doing this every morning and it holds me until lunch. In fact I can't eat it all. I share with my teenage daughter. It's good for her too.
