Joy dot: towhees singing in my yard today

I guess it really shows which friendships are based on connection, and which are based on shared activities. If someone only enjoys being with me if we are drinking, then it's not really a friendship I'm interested in pursuing. Recovery can lead to growing apart from some friends, but then you meet new ones who are more compatible with where you are now.
