welcome. It is recommend you do the steps, get stable, heal and then deal with weight loss. Some folks loss weight as they do the steps while others don't lose until later. Either book is fine. And the other stuff depression, fatigue, mood swings etc will heal. That is the great part.
I just discovered and finished
: reading PNP. I am absolutely 110%
: sure that I am sugar sensitive,
: and I am anxious to begin the
: seven steps! My main goal is to
: beat my sugar sensitivity and
: hopefully solve many of my
: symptoms (depression, fatigue,
: anxiety, lack of concentration,
: mood swings, etc.) BUT, I also
: have about 90 pounds to lose, so I
: am wondering if I should read YLD
: and follow that instead? Or do I
: follow the seven steps in PNP
: first, and THEN deal with the
: weight? I'm just concerned about
: "information overload"
: and am not sure where to start.
: Any input would be appreciated!
