I would say, we sort these out by using our journal.
Bananas also have a lot of sugar. I would use skin on potato and whole grain pasta.
Pearly barley wouldn't work for me...

Navy beans
Banana, raw
Cold potato
Lentils
Cold pasta
Pearl barley
Oatmeal
Wholegrain bread

I still love the steps. Its my story and I am stickin to it. :h2)
