Thank you for the breakfast tips! Yesterday for breakfast I had a 3-egg scramble with brocoli and garlic, and strawberries. Today I am having a 2-egg scramble with salmon and brocoli, and an apple. So far I enjoy the breakfasts and they keep me feeling satisfied until lunch time. I am working on eating breakfast within the hour though. I put a note on my refrigerator to remind me of the 4 parts of breakfast to remember: enough protein, complex carb, eat within the hour, every day.
