Thanks for your thoughtful responses; I am going to try to keep track of it more closely (when the symptoms begin for PMS) and maybe in the next couple of months I can try increasing browns, at least at breakfast, to see how it goes...
Anyway, I'll sort it out I'm sure. Thanks again for your thoughts. It's encouraging to see other people's posts and that many of them have steadied PMS symptoms by doing the food. I am very, very hopeful. I feel like this is the only way anything will change is by doing the program.
