I have had a horrible cold for the past few days with a lot of head, ear and chest congestion. As I took NyQuil the other night, trying to get a good night's sleep free from coughing, I wondered about cold medicine on the program. I was just curious what others' experiences have been. I take sudafed during the day. Does anyone find this to interfere with the program?
