Yes, fruit. I like it a lot too.
All the pieces eventually came together with this program. I looked at the whole picture of browns , proteins, vegetables etc and saw that it added variety.
That crept in for me at step three but only after noting which foods made me feel super good at step two.
I am tasting new foods each week and adding them to my meals. This week I will try orange peppers to see if they really differ in taste from the green and red ones.
I am kind of excited that instead of seeing food as an enemy or a challenge I see it as an adventure. I still can't believe that I crave cucumbers. :s10(
