yes, I can understand that :h6) but right now you are doing just right :h12) breakfast will stabilise things and heal so that you can do the 2 snack thing as part of step 3.

yes I can hand over the piece of advice that really worked for me! Just concentrate on your step when I stopped worrying about everything else, and put the energy of that into my step....... things flowed and worked for me. Now - it wasnt that easy LOL I had to have a good few breakfast before getting my head round it, but sharing here helped me so much.

what little nano step do you think would help with that focus ? would you like to share breakfast with us?
