Its quite common I know to have erratic periods in perimenopause... you could always chat to your GP and get your hormones checked if you like.
I think you did just the right thing, noting in your journal, observing....
Like you I was always Miss Clockwork and so got a bit disconcerted, but I am thankful I got used to listening to my body with RR What an advantage. It really helped to be attentive.
the other thing I did was to read up on Soy Story and my choice was to introduce one serving of soy a day, that in part may be contributing to how easy I have found things, along with 1-7 steps
