Re: questions about browns & greens

well u know us addicts, we always gotta push that edge. this was great info, i didn't realize browns are browns because they are whole grains. and the bit about salt and fat making things so tasty and addictive even if they sound healthy. makes perfect sense, now u've explained it. so i can eat all the colored corn i want minus fat and salt. works for me!

i am not quite to the fun and sensible stage, but getting closer. eating more food really helped a lot with adrenal rushes. i'm sleeping much better and starting to plane out physically and emotionally. and of course have tons more energy now that i have fuel to burn!

: :h11) I would consider it a vegetable
: so a yellow green.
: But then it could be a white green if
: it is white corn. :h3)
: and if you were in the southwest, it
: could be a blue green..... :h9)

: I think what you have stumbled into
: is the *art* part of doing the
: food.

: Browns really means whole grain.

: All corn products are whole grain,
: including Fritos and popcorn.

: However, if you add a lot of salt and
: fat to something, the whole
: grainness of
: it gets lost in the call of the salt
: and fat both of which evoke beta
: endorphin and have addictive
: qualities.

: the point of all of this is to simply
: have fun and be sensible. :h2)
