It may just be late. So wait and see if you have one in the next few days. If not, then it will be really hard to tell when your next one will be. It will come when it feels like it. When I am not on the pill, I can usually tell when it's coming by the cramps, but at that point I'm already into whatever PMS I will have. Fortunately, I no longer have any real PMS since doing the food for so long.

: Hi everyone

: Last week, on the Monday, I woke up
: with very intense cravings for
: sugar,(which never usually happens
: to me) and gave into them. I
: thought that my period was
: expected around that time, and put
: it down to that, as that time of
: the month is always hardest for
: me.

: This morning, I looked back through
: my journal, and on the inside hard
: cover (my previous journal, not my
: current one) I had written
: "Period due 21st
: February." It never came. I
: know that I am definitely not
: pregnant as I have not had a man
: inmy life since last June. All
: other periods occurred when they
: should have done. The 21st Feb was
: the day afterI had the intense
: cravings and had the sugar.

: Now,what do I do about gauging when
: the next period will be? I am
: asking this, as I have always been
: aware that I am worst craving wise
: at the time of the month, and need
: to be aware from perhaps the week
: before it is due, so that I can
: add in extra browns or prepare to.
: Should I prepare as though the
: next period/cravings will occur
: when my next period will be due as
: though the one I missed actually
: happened, or could it occur
: totally randomly? I am not used to
: missing periods, so don't know
: what happens that way. Any help
: would be very much appreciated.

: Love

: Jane
: xx
