Looking back a few years now I am amazed at how sensitive I was to my cycle... always knew exactly where I was by my moods and feelings! Doing the food was very steadying. I noticed real changes by step 3 personally in this respect but its going to be different for everyone I guess

Yes I do think you are on to something! 'focus on your step' is a magnificent bit of advice that I collected. So your working on breakfast now, is going to really help
we do have an online list for that one, breakfast Its under make connections I thought I did it ok, but it took me awhile to get all 4 parts easy and every day.... what did you have today?
