Joy dot: it looks like it's going to be a beautiful day today. The birds are singing, and we had a flock of bushtits (little birds that are related to chickadees) visiting one of our trees today

I used to have a recipe for tuna croquettes - it was my ex husband's and I don't know if I still have it. It was rice, tuna, a white sauce mixed together and formed into balls, then dipped in bread crumbs (first in egg or butter or something) and then baked. Those would be perfect as a snack, although I would have to find a substitute for the bread crumbs. I will have to look and see if I still have the recipe. And I would probably need to add more tuna. Chopped spinach would be good in it too, I think. I just got this roasted seaweed snack at Costco which is very thin sheets of seawead roasted with salt and sesame oil which could be added as well.

: Home fries sound absolutely
: delicious, Allison! Maybe I'll
: make some this weekend. I like to
: make baked oatmeal, either in the

: these days. I use Bob's gluten
: free oatmeal. When I have toast, I
: like Food for Life's gluten free
: brown rice bread, but I double
: -toast it or otherwise in my

: yam cakes, I haven't done that in

: Japanese rice balls, with a little

: maybe with a little salmon or

: those would be perfect for planned
