Back after Being Away for a While

Just wanted to say hello. I was doing RR a couple of years ago and left to sort out an eating disorder. I believe I am ready to be here now and try again to do the steps.

One thing that has shifted dramatically since I was last here is that PMS is now a horrid time for me, craving-wise. Maybe it's hormonal shift or perhaps it's SS, but I notice a marked difference between now and two years ago.

Anyway, first things first: trying to get breakfast solid. Yesterday was good. Today, not so good. I'll try again tomorrow.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions for dealing with rabid PMS cravings (although I suspect doing the food is the best solution), I'm all ears. Is there an online group for women with similar concerns?
