I’ve posted before about my husband’s disinterest in my program. It has really gotten me down at times when I don’t feel his support. He’s just at a point where it’s “don’t talk to me about it, just do it and show me it works”. That’s why this forum is so important to me, because otherwise I don’t get to talk about such things as browns, timings, and nano steps.

Anyway, he’s been working on writing a book, which I haven’t had the privilege to read until just recently (Amazon published it!) His title? Nano Transformation. Maybe we are on the same wavelength after all!
