I love the smell of the rain. When I walk in the woods along the Rio Grande after a rain storm, the air smells spicy.

: Activity went for a walk in the
: Pouring Rain Tonight. Need to walk
: to burn off stress from the day
: and to raise my BE's. It's
: important to clear the mind and
: free the body.

: Over the past 4 months have been
: building up my Gortex line up of
: clothes. Have Gortex Jacket,
: Gloves, & hiking boots. After
: the next REI sale in March will
: purchase Gortex Pants. At that
: point I will truly be waterproof
: (LOL).

: There is nothing quite like the smell
: of rain. The earth getting washed.
: Being free from allergy's.
: Clearing ones mind. Gets me in
: touch with a woodpecker working
: away. Squirrels eathing their
: nuts. Birds eating the leftover
: grapes (raisins, by now) off the
: vineyards. Being one with nature
: and feeling the love of the
: universe is way cool simply by
: going for walks, especially in the
: rain.

: Before program obsessed by length,
: distance, speed. On program
: focused on Relaxation, Breathing,
: Listening, Learning, & Love.
: Now how cool is that. Hope it
: rains again tomorrow.
