Joy dot: good workout on my lunch break today

I use corn as a vegetable, but corn tortillas or corn bread I count as a brown. Legumes like split peas are also browns. Popcorn should theoretically be a brown, but it doesn't work as a brown for me. It isn't a green either. It just isn't dense enough to work as the brown with a meal. Lima beans I am not sure about. They sort of go into the category with winter squash - I might use them in a meal that had another brown and green in it, or once in a while as a brown, but they aren't what I usually use.
