: I had a really bad morning - really
: low BE, teary, reactive thoughts,
: crying etc. The joy of doing the
: program is that this is the
: exception (I cannot even remember
: the last time I felt this bad) and
: that I know instantly what's
: happening. So I can feel the
: feelings, but not act on them, not
: start a big thing with my husband
: because he didn't kiss me good
: morning and sounded grumpy etc. I
: just told myself, set this aside,
: wait until you feel better, then
: see if there's a problem. Before
: the program I would have brought
: up my feelings and probably would
: have come across as crazy.
: Also, I've been having some digestive
: issues and decided to eliminate
: gluten. But I'm not trying to do
: it all at once. I'm doing the
: parts that are easy first, like
: using gluten free crackers that we
: have in the house, and then I will
: figure out the rest of it as I go,
: instead of feeling like I have to
: do it all right now. So it's not
: stressful.

That is so wonderful to read, Allison. This must be grumpy husband today because mine did the SAME THING! lol. Same with me, I just let it go. For the most part!
Sorry you had a rough morning, though.
You have so many solid program skills you are prolly all set, yet if there is any help/support I can provide regarding going gluten free, please do let me know. It's been several years for me, being gluten free, and I've learned a lot and feel great. Sounds like you've got a great plan, though, and that's terrific.
