Changes

I had a really bad morning - really low BE, teary, reactive thoughts, crying etc. The joy of doing the program is that this is the exception (I cannot even remember the last time I felt this bad) and that I know instantly what's happening. So I can feel the feelings, but not act on them, not start a big thing with my husband because he didn't kiss me good morning and sounded grumpy etc. I just told myself, set this aside, wait until you feel better, then see if there's a problem. Before the program I would have brought up my feelings and probably would have come across as crazy.

Also, I've been having some digestive issues and decided to eliminate gluten. But I'm not trying to do it all at once. I'm doing the parts that are easy first, like using gluten free crackers that we have in the house, and then I will figure out the rest of it as I go, instead of feeling like I have to do it all right now. So it's not stressful.
