You can mash up a fairly unripe banana, add
unsweetened melted baking chocolate, stir it
up and freeze it. In about an hour it makes a
creamy frozen treat, not very sweet. If you leave
it in the freezer it turns hard as a rock, though.

I mix unsweetened chocolate squares into oatmeal
sometimes and add almond butter for a treat.

Unsweetened chocolate is an acquired taste. I'm
on step 7, so I think it's yummy. But earlier in the
steps it's not so good.
