Thank you everyone. And thank you Kathleen, I definitely appreciate your advice from all your many years of experience working with us sugar sensitives. I was just wondering if anyone else in the community rushed ahead like me and then had to redo. Thank you Mosaic for your advice about redoing. And thank you everyone else too for your support.

Today I woke up feeling much better. It might have helped that the sun was shining... I will go back to breakfast though and just concentrate on that. Is it okay if I still eat the potato? Or skip it? I have really enjoyed adding in the potato and last night ate a bigger one and am wondering if that helped me today.

But breakfast. I eat 3 eggs, 1 slice of ezekial toast with butter and on weekends I usually add 2 slices of bacon. I also always drink hot water with lemon. This is something I REALLY enjoy. I have tried the shake but am not a big shake person. I think in the summer, when fruit is at its peak, I might give the shake another chance. But right now, I so enjoy eggs and toast! I went out to breakfast with my husband on Sunday and had 3 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 1.5 slices of whole wheat bread with butter and a few red potatoes "home fries". It was delicious. I am sure one day I will get sick of eggs, but right now, I love it. I also found it best that I eat within 30 minutes of waking up. I am suppose to have 30 grams of protein which 3 eggs isn't enough, should I try to add in 9 more grams of protein? I come close when I eat bacon too. This has been holding me until lunch.

Thanks again everyone for your support and Kathleen for your patience with another person that read "take it slow" but proceeded quickly anyway. :h3)
