you're right rae, it is a treasure.
all my life I had everything dictated by a diet- on it, off it, recovering from it and this is so freeing. I love YLD and the chats too
oh and I read it top speed as well at first, and many times since ( that bit more mindfully ) , so I am really enjoying the book study in Chat, wednesdays
I see you are also doing what I did on step one, which was think about the potato, about how to dine out, and probably lots more besides - my favourite distraction was pondering the meaning of beta endorphin...
these are treasures you can unpack later and polish them up.
Because its more fun when you've got the breakfast treasures arranged first. yes, I did it both ways and I have to say, I didnt think I could possibly wait more than about a week but it was really healing to learn how.
