You'd think I would be happy to add back in something sweet. But it just makes me more depressed that I have to start back over again. I am afraid I don't know how to have a beginner's mind since I tried to have one my first time around and failed. Everything just felt so right. How do I start all over? Do I keep doing what I am doing and just add something sweet back in? Or just start with eating breakfast every day and go back to bingeing?
Has anyone else experienced this and can offer some guidance?
