I had all those boxes ticked as well, 12356, just 4 to play with ... I can really identify with your "Felt right" comment... the good news was that all the bits I had learnt on my quick run - through, all those "Felt right" bits, stayed with me.

Going back to step one was then a big step forwards for me.

I found a lot of things to experience with step one. It was different from my 'first step one'. Just looking at those 4 parts, living it a bit, playing and trying different things.. doing breakfast while visiting, travelling. Looking at different breakfasts and seeing how they felt.More brown? less brown? Do I like vegetable at breakfast? Does my body like it? Finding out just how important "within the hour" was to me.

today, half a shake and some leftover beef stew which included potato parsnip and peas. within 1/2 hour as thats what I like ( and I am laughing so hard because I just typed half a snake LOLOL)
