there is an alternative way of looking at it though...
it put you in a situation where you learned a lot about breakfast

so although it was horrible at the time, there are positives - and -

I have a large handbag and all sorts of foods to cart around when I travel My next holiday break I managed to book a place that has meats and cheeses at breakfast, but I'll still have my faithful yamcake and protein powder and a tin of kippers in my luggage
