THANKS FOR ALL THE KIND HELP WITH THE SNACKING PROBLEM AND I'LL BE SURE TO TAKE ALL THE SUGGESTIONS TO HEART AND TRY TO USE THEM WHILE I DO THE FOOD. BEING A VEGAN AND HAVING EXTREME FOOD ALLERGIES IS A PROBLEM EATING OUT TO START WITH AND NOW IT IS EVEN WORSE WITH LIMITING MYSELF TO BROWNS AND GREENS WITH NOOOOOO WHITES. THE RESTAURANTS THAT ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS LOVE TO GO TO HAVE ALL THE FOODS THAT I CAN'T EAT DUE TO MY ALLERGIES (NUTS, PEANUTS, DAIRY, EGGS, CHOCOLATE AND A SLIGHT WHEAT SENSITIVITY)SO, I ALWAYS HAVE TO COMPROMISE AND ORDER SOMETHING LIKE VEG. SCAMPI WHICH IS MADE WITH WHITE PASTA. I COULD HAVE A SALAD BUT I CAN'T HAVE THE DRESSING AND THERE ARE NOOOOO PROTEINS THAT ANY OF THESE RESTAURANTS SERVE THAT I CAN EAT. ANY SUGGESTIONS, ANY OTHER PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES THAT ARE VEGANS TOO ? I FEEL LIKE A ALIEN IN A LOST WORLD TRYING SIMPLY TO GET A GOOD MEAL. HELP PLEASE.
