: Thanks for sharing your experience
: Chloe. As you know, the binging
: can be so debilitating - binging
Yes it can be
: to oblivion every day for 2 weeks
: or more. Fortunately, I have
: managed to eat breakfast the
: following morning (difficult when
: my body is in a
: "hangover" state).
Great
I
: think I have all 4 parts of
: breakfast down, getting better at
: the journaling and that is about
: it right now. The rest is still a
: mystery. Still afraid of going
: back on the sugar after 6 days
: off.
This is where you have to let go relax and trust the ones who have gone before you. Binges are not the problem, they are the by product of our unbalanced bio-chemisty. When you heal they will stop, there will be no more misery. I didn't stop until after step 3 or 4. If you binge again don't beat yourself up, get up and the next day and do the food. I accepted my binges, let myself have them and keep working on the food, trusting they would stop and they did. I healed and you will too. It did not happen over night or a few weeks. But I healed, continue to grow and heal and have radiance.
