Thanks for sharing your experience Chloe. As you know, the binging can be so debilitating - binging to oblivion every day for 2 weeks or more. Fortunately, I have managed to eat breakfast the following morning (difficult when my body is in a "hangover" state). I think I have all 4 parts of breakfast down, getting better at the journaling and that is about it right now. The rest is still a mystery. Still afraid of going back on the sugar after 6 days off.

: Jeffery I used to binge too. I wanted
: it to stop. I did the steps, keep
: trying. I trusted the ones who had
: gone before me. I stopped worrying
: avout the sugar and worked on the
: steps. If I wanted sugar I had it.
: I got up the next day and did the
: steps/did the food. Came to the
: forum, asked questions and got
: help. Slowly.......the binges got
: less and less. slowly the sugar
: got less and less as I healed my
: body. This program works. But you
: have to work the program. Hope
: this helps, how is your breakfast?
: Chloe
: Well I tried to eat the same amount
