i am suppose to start step 3. i was gonna try the 5 hours between breakfast and lunch but i can have snacks then? i'm confused now. what is the step 3 list, where would i find it? and yes, i just ordered GF steel oats and GF oat flour.
i didn't take enough food yesterday at work. so i got into the yellow warning zone. i had 2 dinners and snack before bed. woke up at 4 am starving, so ate shake and waffle. was still hungry at 8:30 so had another shake and toast. so already i've had 2 breakfasts this am. i am still hungry, gonna go to the gym soon and then eat a gigantic lunch and take a nap, lol. still in the yelow zone but hopefully will go into green is good zone.
