I have a very similar problem here! Quit eating sugar cold turkey when I was 16 for a year, but instead of eating sugar I started smoking (great now, isn't it?). Now that I have quit smoking I'm completely back with sugar and trying to fight it (hoping this time I won't develop another addiction...)
I would like to know as well how you cope with the part of not snacking. Although it is a bit too early to think about it in step 2, it would be nice to know how you all are at least mentally preparing for the next step!
