Hi Raedr,

For me when I started it was really important to just focus on one step at a time. So while I was on Step One, i didn't worry about how often I was eating, because Step One is only about breakfast, and getting all of that straightened out. You don't really need to shift into three meals a day until well into Step Three, and even then it is a process.

So eat if that's what works for you right now! How is your breakfast going? Do you have one that feels good to you?
