For now snacking is ok. Right now you only need to work on step one. As you learn what food will hold you and you heal the snacking will stop too.
Do you know the 4 parts of breakfast?
1. Within an hour of waking. ( I do best within a half hour)
2. With a complex carb (I like oatmeal it stays with me the longest)
3. With the proper amount of protein for your weight
4. Every day (best part)
