Well I tried to eat the same amount of sugar every day at the same time and it worked for a while. Then I was off for two weeks on a horrible binge. I can NOT control this. Once the sugar is in my body, the addiction takes over and then I am completely without limits. I did manage to eat breakfast the morning after every day and that was a minor miracle.
So now i am day 4 off sugar with all the attendant feeling awful I rather go through the pain of withdraw then have another cycle of super binges. it seems to be the lesser of two evils. I am working on Step 2 now and not saying i will never eat sugar again, but I hate being in this state of limbo. I am not punishing myself, and want this program to work. However I can't imagine eating sugar in any kind of controlled way.
