Hi Friend,
I made home made granola with whole grain cereral from my Herb Mart. Macadamia Nuts Cashews and Almond Slivers, I added brown rice cakes crumbled, Raisins. My Cereal is very low sugar - I am still on step one and two. So I still get a little sugar! Smiles
