well ma'am your "thoughts" are saving my life!! u get 5 double gold stars in my book. :D
a few questions/comments and the new deal:
1. Lima Beans, I can have all the limas I want da*n it!!. I ate ½ a large bag last night. Me and my limas luv u Doc!!
2. Are split peas (like soup) a vegetable or a Ccarb?
3. Where does popcorn fit in all of this?

5. Decrease any form of soy A LOT:
Do you think 1 serving a day would be ok? Or less?
6. Switch out shake with:
Steal cut oats, almond milk, rice protein
Am currently eating a BR waffle with shake until I can find GF steel cut oats. They are out there somewhere, and I WILL FIND them. What a difference adding the waffle made in just 1 day. I had a fantastic morning yesterday.
7. Better lunches and snacks (esp outside of house)
I am working on lists. Biggest problem is any time away from house, i have to take my own food. Can’t eat at restaurants, fast food or store deli’s like other people. This is most likely when I get into trouble. Need to keep ER food and list in car and purse. Also I am going to post a list inside of kitchen cabinet.
8. I need to eat more food:
More cCarbs, more veges. I think protein is ok.
9. I am going to go back to my old style of cooking:
“the stir fry”:
1/3 meat: chicken, beef, shrimp, pork
1/3 Ccarb: BR noodles, brown rice, sweet potatoes, white potatoes
1/3 veges: ( I can eat all the lima beans I want)
10. Need to figure out what hungry feels like and pay attention to it. When in doubt i need to eat. when confused I need to eat a LOT.
Then on to step 3!
